E-Flute Corrugated Boxes Made In-House

E-flute is a fine corrugated profile. It gives a smooth surface for printing while adding rigidity and protection, which suits retail cartons and product boxes.

We run the flute production equipment ourselves: an OMJ-1600 fluting machine, a semi-automatic flute lamination machine (YB 1450) and a board-to-board laminating machine (BK-1000). Printed sheets are then die-cut, folded and glued in the same factory.

Carton Box Printing, Die-Cutting & Finishing

Carton boxes are printed on our Ryobi Mitsubishi and Diamond offset presses, then die-cut on fully automatic machines (Brause Nikko 1050 EF and SH-1060SE with stripping) or semi-automatic machines. Finished sheets are folded and glued on our GS 800 folder-gluer (four- and six-corner boxes) and JWG 1300 semi-automatic gluing machine.

How We Custom Make Your Flute Corrugated & Carton Boxes

A carton box job moves through one factory, so printing, converting, die-cutting and checking stay under the same quality system:

  2. Offset colour printing on our Ryobi Mitsubishi V3000 or Diamond 6-colour press

Do you print E-flute corrugated boxes?

Yes. We have our own fluting machine (OMJ-1600), flute lamination machine (YB 1450) and board-to-board laminating machine (BK-1000), so E-flute production and printing happen in one factory.

Can you make custom die-cut shapes?

Yes. We die-cut on automatic and semi-automatic machines, including special shapes, openings and logo cut-outs.
